The origin of this now feared contagious disease is known to all. Though the genesis happened in China, today, this virus has spread across the globe. Due to the nature of Covid-19, the whole world started shutting down different sectors, be it an educational institution or a factory. 

The experts suggest that to combat this disease, one need to be cautious regarding his hygiene and maintain social distancing. Authorities also request their citizens to remain in quarantine and continue with their work or studies via internet facilities.

At the inception, it can be said that the Doctor suggests everyone not to panic, and he also says that maintaining the rules would keep one safe. Further, he added that each year approximately 1,70,00000 people die due to infectious diseases; hence fearing over this virus would not be a solution. 

Other than stop fearing the Coronavirus, the expert further says that not believe and practice any myths. For example, he said that previously DDT sprays were used to kill different harmful germs. Yet, that DDT only became the reason behind the widespread of Polio.

In light of this matter of believing myths, one should go through the following facts of Corona  –

Among the Corona myths, the first one should be mentioned that it was thought that the virus would not survive in high temperature. This is not true. The average human body temperature dwells between 36 degree Celsius to 37 degree Celsius, yet we got affected by the virus.

Further, another Corona myth is that the virus does not survive if one takes hot showers or bath. One should understand that Covid-19 has nothing to do with taking hot baths but maintaining social distancing and healthy hygiene. 

Other than busting the Coronavirus myths Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury has also suggested a simple diet which will help one to survive through this pandemic without getting sick. He proposed to drink citrus juice, coconut water, homemade food, etc.

Considering the words of the Doctor regarding the facts of Corona, it can be said that if one follows a simple diet and stay at his house, he can easily survive Covid-19.
